COVID-19 Liability Waiver:

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our other guests, and employees.  You must follow all posted instructions while visiting Jaker’s Jack-O-Lanterns by Harward Farms, all guests understand and voluntarily assume the risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

**By entering Jaker’s, you agree to comply with our rules of conduct which include but are not limited:  no jumping off of the hay ride trailer, no climbing any straw bales except the Straw Pyramid, no walking up the tube slide or slippery side, no throwing corn or other objects at any other person, no smoking, vaping, alcohol, or pets.  You also agree that Jaker’s and Harward Farms are not liable if you get COVID-19 as listed above. If you do not comply with our rules, you will be asked to leave the premises.  Any guests who have entered without  payment will promptly be escorted off the premises.
