COVID-19 AND INJURY LIABILITY WAIVER:

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

As directed by the Utah County Health Department, we have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our other guests, and employees.  You and those in this ticket group must follow all posted health and safety instructions while visiting Jaker’s Jack-O-Lanterns by Harward Farms. All guests of Jaker’s Jack-O-Lanterns voluntarily assume the risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Jaker’s Jack-O-Lanterns/Harward Farms is not responsible for anyone who has contracted COVID-19 after attending Jaker’s Jack-O-Lanterns.

Due to the recent mandate placed by Utah County that face coverings be worn in public, it is required to wear masks while visiting Jaker’s Jack-O-Lanterns.

Furthermore, all guests acknowledge the inherent risks of injury from uneven ground, jumping, playing, running, participating in available activities, etc. and will not hold Jaker’s Jack-O-Lanterns/Harward Farms responsible should an accident or injury occur.  All patrons are requested to not throw grain corn at other guests, do not climb or sit on top of straw bales that are stacked as walls (straw maze, exterior wall, walls for the pavilions, etc.) and do not jump from the hayride trailer at any time (must use the stairs). Should any of these actions occur, guests will be requested to leave. Should any injuries incur because disregard for our safety rules, Jaker’s Jack-O-Lanterns/Harward Farms is not responsible.

PLEASE HELP KEEP EVERYONE HEALTHY AND KEEP JAKER’S OPEN!
